HM Fire Service Inspectorate - local area inspection: City of Edinburgh

We are grateful to Kenneth Rogers the Local Senior Officer for the City of Edinburgh, and those members of staff who provided us with information, helped us to organise visits, hosted us and contributed constructively to interviews.
