Complaints
If you have a complaint about the Inspectorate or our staff, or if you feel something has gone wrong, you should contact us and we will try to resolve the problem quickly. We generally follow the guidance on how to complain to the Scottish Government.
If, after our actions to resolve the problem, you remain dissatisfied, you may be able to ask the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman to investigate your complaint.
If you wish to complain about the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service you should follow their own complaints procedure as detailed within their webpage.
